Previously, when a child was transferred to a downstream service, their record only became visible to the receiving service after the transfer took place. This often meant limited time to prepare and gather the necessary information before the child’s start date.
We’ve now introduced a new and improved solution that removes this pressure and enables better preparation.
✨ As soon as a family accepts a transfer offer, the child and parent records are automatically created in the receiving service’s CRM. This proactive visibility gives the service a head start — allowing them to plan, prepare, and welcome the child confidently.
To support this process, an automation has been added that creates a task for the receiving service whenever a child is created through this early visibility flow.
