TRANSACT: what to do when a child cancels care


When a child is updated in EnrolNow to reflect a status of "Care no Longer Required" this will result in a new item on your Todo List in Transact reflecting [X] Care No Longer Required Contracts Require your approval




Clicking on the hyperlink you will be taken to the contracts tab to approve these changes. This approval is required to ensure that no further invoices will be issued. 


  1. Click View on the contract shown
  2. Select the Proceed Cancellation button


Note, if there are any outstanding invoices that you do not require payment for, these should be cancelled. Refer here for more details on cancelling invoices
