A given email address can only be related to one Zoho account at any time. At times, when a new user is being added to EnrolNow One it is identified that this email address has been used in the past to create a Zoho account. If this old account is no longer required it should be deleted and then EnrolNow will be able to add the email address to the EnrolNow One Zoho environment instead.
Please note, if the other Zoho account is still required, a different email address will need to be provided to EnrolNow for access purposes.
To close an old Zoho account:
Someone with access to email address related to the old Zoho account will need to action the deletion of the existing Zoho accounts. Please ask them to follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Zoho account at accounts.zoho.com.
- Click Settings in the left menu, then scroll down to the Close Account section.
- Click Close Account.
- Select a reason for closing your account, then click Close Account
