If you have enabled SMS verification for your EnrolNow One portal and now wish to disable it
- Click on your account logo
- Then click on "My account" to access your Zoho profile
- From the left hand menu select Multi-Factor Authentication
- Toggle the Multi-Factor Authentication off (move the button to the left)
