EnrolNow suggest Stripe for collecting payments from parents on EnrolNow forms. The key benefits of a Stripe are:
- a user friendly PCI compliant payment widget that is easily integrated into the EnrolNow forms
- funds are deposited directly into your nominated bank account (usually within 24 hours)
- parents can pay by credit or debit card
- EnrolNow can ensure forms are not submitted if payment is unsuccessful
- EnrolNow can can use conditional formatting rules to ensure some scenarios do not require payment (eg. concession card holders)
Establish your own Stripe Account
Setting up your own Stripe account is straightforward and should only take 5 minutes. Please note your organisation is responsible for associated fees and payments are made directly into your organisations nominated bank account.

Integrating Payment on a Form
EnrolNow will need to do this for you. Once your account is setup please contact EnrolNow to complete the integration. We will need to know:
- the name of the fee
- the fee amount
- any scenarios where a parent doesn't need to pay the fee
You will then be contact by the EnrolNow support team to complete the integration, we will require your Stripe username and password, then whilst on the phone to you an OTP code will be sent to the Stripe connected email (or mobile) for final verification to enable integration.
Testing the Integration
We would then suggest you put through a test payment to verify the funds are deposited into the nominated bank account. You will then be able to refund this payment in your Stripe portal.
