Integrated Program Preference Form (iPPF)

Please Note: The iPPF is only relevant for services that collect program or group preferences directly from families. Where families are allocated to program (or group) by CRES no iPPF is required.

What is an iPPF?
The iPPF is an abbreviation for the EnrolNow Integrated Program Preference Form. All services that need to collect program or group preferences directly from families will use this form.

As the name implies the form is fully integrated with the EnrolNow system to ensure programs (or groups) created in your database are automatically reflected on your program preference form. Similarly when a family submits a program preference form their preferences are automatically recorded on their child record in the EnrolNow database.

Notes on the iPPF

  • Fully integrated with EnrolNow Program Module, so services can be self sufficient in updating all program information year after year
  • Optional questions, services can choose which questions to display to families (or not) - more information can be found here Optional Questions on iPPF
  • Ability to collect one off payments (deposits or confirmation fees) via Stripe
  • The form link sent to families is customised to each child and only displays relevant programs for the given year and program type (3YO or 4YO)
  • Pre-Prep functionality - see Creating a Program for Pre-Prep, EnrolNow support can assist to ensuring the program is visible to only eligible children (eg. P1)
