The Process Steps are an overview of how you progress a child along the enrolment funnel.
Each step is expandable to provide more detail with videos and examples that can walk your through each step of your process.
Accessing the Process Steps:
When you have the Process Steps active in your EnrolNow system, they will replace the old EnrolNow One Support tab.
The wording is slightly changed here to EnrolNow Support. Find this module tab in EnrolNow and once clicked on, it will open the page of your process steps.
Using the Process Steps:
Each of the process steps are identified by the Child Status, which you can identify from a child's record or by the list view you are working from.
Tip: The Child Status is what each Process Step will achieve, so for this example - Hunter is Service Allocated, you will be checking the step which achieves the next status of Programs Preferenced, or step 3 below.

Additional Help and Support:
The EnrolNow Help Centre can be accessed via the green button at the top of the page.
Within the help centre you can search for the item you are seeking help for via the search bar and the keyword prompt will bring up related articles for you.
