Please note: If a service has their own EnrolNow system they will not require a Limited Licence, instead you will receive your allocated children via our Downstream API (integration). Not all councils offer Limited Licences, to understand this more you should talk to your Council Centralised Registration & Enrolments Scheme (CRES) coordinator.
A Limited Licence can only be offered by a Council to participating CRES services or EYMs.
The Limited Licence (LL) allows users access to the Council's EnrolNow system for a view only access of their children. The LL access will enable to user to access these key parts of the council's EnrolNow platform:
- Dashboard - this will show a summary of allocated children, summarised in 'This Year' & 'Next Year' tables. Please note the dashboard will be customised to each LGA or councils structure, key differentiators:
- if the councils allocates to SERVICE only or SERVICE & PROGRAM
- the status that a council shares a child's record with LL users will vary from council to council. It could be WAITLISTED, ALLOCATED or OFFER ACCEPTED
- Child record - the child record will feature data collected on the Council's registration form including
- child & parent details
- priority of access information as well as
- the child's allocation for this year (TY) and where relevant next year (NY)
- Exportable reports - from the reports module LL users can select reports to export, 'This Year' (TY) and 'Next Year' (NY). All data relating to your allocated children for 'This Year' & 'Next Year' can be downloaded as excel or csv.
For any support with your Limited Licence you should contact your CRES Council contact.
