To change the Days of Week or the Start / End time for a program please follow these steps:
- Go to the Programs Module
- Select the Program from the list that you wish to edit (taking care to select the program from the correct year)
- Click Edit on the top right hand side of the Program record
- Make required changes in the Days of Week area field, then click Save
- IMPORTANT: After clicking save you will be reminded to use the Update Children button on the Program in order to update the details already stored on allocated children.
