- Ensure 'TRANSACT enabled' boolean field is marked as true in the Organisation
- Ask Sidra or Luana to integrate Transact for this Service
- Go to https://transact.enrolnow.com.au/admin/ and check that the Organisation details have synced. Sync runs every 10 minutes.
You can check this by going into Organisations and searching for the Service: - Once you are able to see the Organisation details in TRANSACT admin, select 'Enter IntegraPay Details' and enter the details provided by Payrix.
API Password = API User Key - Add the users under 'Organisation Staff' by selecting 'Create new Organisation Staff'
Make sure you remember to add the EnrolNow Admin user and create this using our standard password. - Create the Jotform Transaction Template. Description should be the name of the service and select the correct Organisation from the drop down.
- Search for the Service User under 'Organisation Staff' and select 'Impersonate'
This will take you to their Transact System.
Go into Settings > Organisation Settings. You need to update all the details and Save.
Note: Policies to be checked with the Service if not already discussed. - Check the following items are in the CRM, if not add:
Term Fees
Waitlist Fee
Enrolment Fee - Payment Plan Templates will need to be setup. Generally there will be two per program - a standard template and fee subsidy/fee relief template. Each one will need to be created with the relevant line items. Once this has been finalised with the Service, each one can be cloned and created against the other programs.
