Most kindergartens will by default setup term based Payment Plan templates for all proposed contracts to utilise. There may be instances where you agree to move a child to a Payment Plan based on different schedules, when this occurs you should create a Payment Plan Template to reflect the adjusted Invoice Dates, Coverage Dates and Amounts. By creating a Payment Plan Template you will be able to reuse this for other children in the same program, or duplicate it for other programs.

Here is an example of what a Payment Plan Template for fortnightly payments might look like:
Helpful hint: After adding a line item you can "copy line item" to fill down. The coverage start and end date will be automatically calculated to immediately proceed the previous one. For fortnightly plans it is therefore recommended that the coverage dates are set to Sunday through Saturday for ease of creation.
