Add a second parent / guardian for an existing child

When families complete forms such as a registration, program preference / offer acceptance form or enrolment form they will be asked to add parent / guardians at that time. When a new parent / guardian is added via a form by the family, this will automatically create a new parent / guardian record in EnrolNow One. 

There may be times that a family did not provide details of a 2nd parent / guardian on one of these forms and therefore a new parent needs to be added (for example, when the care arrangements for a child change mid enrolment). 

New functionality is available using the Quick Action buttons on a child record to Add Parent 2 for a child as shown here.
