Adding / importing children in bulk from central enrolments scheme


Generally speaking, under central enrolment schemes (such as council managed allocations), a list of children and their key contact details are provided to kindergartens at a pre-defined time. This list should be provided in excel or csv format and should contain the following information at a minimum. 

  • Child First Name
  • Child Last Name
  • Child's Date of Birth
  • Parent First Name
  • Parent Last Name
  • Parent email address
  • Program Type allocated (eg. 3YO / 4YO)
  • Service Allocated (if applicable)
  • Program Allocated (if applicable)

 

These children can be added to EnrolNow One through a bulk import process managed by the EnrolNow team. 


To request a bulk import please email your council list in the format that it is provided to you to support@enrolnow.com.au and request an import.
