By default, only transfers that have been accepted will be actioned on the transfer date. If your service does not require an acceptance of transfers please discuss with your Customer Success Manager to ensure that we can automate the transfer acceptance
Email Templates
It is recommended that all committed transfers be communicated to families via a Transfer Offer email. Use one of the two templated emails: "TY - Offer of Transfer" or "NY - Offer of Transfer". These templated emails can be sent to an individual child or to the Child Views "TY - Pending Transfers" of "NY - Pending Transfers" using the bulk email functionality.
Transfer Offer Form
The Transfer offer form provides an opportunity to Accept or Reject the transfer offer. The standard transfer offer form advises that Accepted Transfers will be processed on the Transfer Date, whilst rejected offers will result in the child's allocation remaining unchanged and the transfer request being cancelled.
Quick Action Buttons
There may be instances where you do not wish to send a transfer offer to the family. To ensure that the Transfer is updated to Accepted and therefore automatically actioned on the transfer date, quick action options are available for "TY - ACCEPT OR REJECT TRANSFER" or "NY - ACCEPT OR REJECT TRANSFER"
