Allocation Engine Overview

The EnrolNow Allocation Engine has been built specifically with Sessional Kindergartens and Preschools in mind. The allocation engine uses three key data points from the EnrolNow One database to create efficiencies for services

1. The Preferences provided by a family for their child (service or program)
2. The Priority score calculated for a child - learn more about priority scores here
3. The capacity for a service / program - learn more about managing capacity here

Using these inputs, the allocation engine provides recommended allocations to the central admin / kindergarten user for bulk allocations of children to a program or service.
