NSW Digital Hub: Attendances Data File

Purpose

The Attendance Data file shares attendance information for each child enrolled at your preschool with the NSW Department of Education. It helps track preschool participation and monitors how often children are attending their scheduled sessions.

How is this file created?

This file is automatically generated from the SISO (Sign In Sign Out) module in EnrolNow, which tracks attendances logged in the EnrolNow Digital SISO App.

It includes all attendance records where:

  • The “Data Sharing Consent” field is set to “I Agree”
  • A SISO entry is marked as "Attended" for a given date

The data is refreshed weekly as part of your standard Digital Hub upload.

What do you need to do to ensure this is accurate?

To ensure the attendance data is complete and accurate:

  • Use the SISO app daily to record sign-in and sign-out events for every child
  • Ensure families or educators mark children as “Attended” on the correct date
  • Confirm that your operational hours and allocated days are up to date so attendance is matched to expected attendance days
