Creating a Program for Pre-Prep

To support the roll out of Pre-Prep in 2026, we have added a new field to the Programs module called Pre Prep Group?. This is a multi-select field with the options of "P1" and "P2". This will help you differentiate between your 

1. Standard programs: accessible to any child
2. Pre-Prep programs:  limited to only children who meet the DE defined priority cohort criteria. 

Pre Prep Group is a multi-select field, therefore you can select whether a given program can be accessed by Priority Cohort children in 

1. Only priority cohort 1 (P1), or
2. Only priority cohort 2 (P2) or 
3. Both priority cohort 1 and 2 (select both P1 and P2)
