EnrolNow One App: Updating the reason for absence for SISO records

Using the Zoho App you can access SISO Records and filter list to make changes to Records. This article demonstrates how you can access SISO records where the reason for absence was originally noted as "unknown". By doing so you can update the reason for absence when it is known. 



Step 1: From the App menu bar select SISO's

Step 2: From the Filter lists, select "unknown reason for absences"

Step 3: Select a child's SISO record from the list displayed




Step 4: Use the pencil edit button to update the record and type a new reason for absence. Click Save.
