SISO: Visitor Overview

Introducing Visitor Sign In for SISO

We’re excited to introduce Visitor Sign In as a new feature in EnrolNow Digital SISO. This new feature is included for all SISO at no additional cost as part of the 2026 SISO enhancement. 

The Visitor SISO feature allows services to easily track visitors entering and leaving the service using the EnrolNow Digital SISO app. The Visitor's details, along with their sign and sign out times will be automatically recorded in EnrolNow CRM.

Visitor SISO is designed for anyone that is not a staff member, parent, guardian or authorised nominee. Visitor SISO can be used for contractors, relief staff, classroom helpers, allied health professionals etc.

Visitor Sign In Overview 

• Visitors sign in using just their mobile number

• Returning visitors are recognised automatically and can sign in or out in seconds

• New visitors are guided seamlessly through registration 

• The reason for visit is captured as part of the sign-in process

• Sign-out is intuitive, the app automatically recognises when a visitor is already on site

How visitors sign in

Step 1: Select Visitor

When a visitor arrives, they select Visitor on the SISO welcome screen.

Step 2: Enter mobile number

The visitor enters their mobile number.

What happens next depends on whether they’ve visited before:

A) Returning visitors

• If the mobile number is already recognised, the visitor is taken straight to the sign-in screen.

• They select or confirm the reason for their visit.

• Their visitor sign-in is created immediately.
  

B) New visitors

• If the mobile number is not recognised, the visitor is guided through a short registration step.

• They enter their details (e.g. name, optional WWC fields)

• Once completed, their visitor record is created automatically.

• They then select the reason for their visit, and the sign-in is recorded.

How visitors sign out

When leaving the service:

1. The visitor selects Visitor

2. They enter the same mobile number

3. The app recognises they are already signed in

4. They are prompted to sign out
   
   

How can I view Visitor details?

• When a visitor registers for the first time, a new Visitor record will be created in EnrolNow One with the details entered. 
• Each time the visitor signs in and out a Visitor SISO record is created (in line with the approach for Child and Educator SISO records). 
• Visitors on site can also be viewed in the SISO app at any time by visiting the Sign Ins page. 
• Should a visitor forget to sign out when departing, the educators can sign out the educator via the “View Visitor SISO” option on the More tab in the staff area of Digital SISO.
