There are times that you may wish to have a children show on a program list on the SISO app with a different program name than the one that they are allocated to in EnrolNow.
There is a requirement in EnrolNow One that a child can only be allocated to one program in a given care period. This Override program name can therefore be useful where you might wish for a child to show on the app in more than one program list (eg. combined programs, rotational programs / extended care).
To override the SISO Program Name please follow these steps for a given child
- Search for the child name in EnrolNow One
- Select "edit" on the child record
- Navigate to the field called SISO Program Override and select the multi select lookup
- Search for and select the programs you wish this child to display in the list for in SISO. Click Next and click Confirm.
- Click Save on the child record to confirm the changes
