Adding a Signature for a user in EnrolNow One

Whilst most template emails sent from EnrolNow One will be setup with a standard email signature as part of the template, there may be times that you would like to send an individual email to a parent. In these cases it can be useful to have an email signature created for your user profile to pre-populate the signature. 

You can update your email signature as follows: 

1. Go to Settings in the top menu bar of Zoho CRM (right)

2. Click on Email 

3. Add email signature as shown in the screen shot below. 

Note: Bringing in an existing signature (e.g. from Outlook) 

Avoid copying and pasting a signature directly from Outlook or another email client into this field. Signatures built elsewhere often combine images and hyperlinks in a way this editor can't read, so instead of keeping the links, it flattens the whole signature into a single picture, meaning none of the links will be clickable. 

There are two ways to bring an existing signature in and keep the links working: 

Option A: Paste the HTML source 

1. Get the HTML source of the existing signature (your IT team or signature provider can usually supply this). 

2. Click the </> icon in the signature editor toolbar to switch to source code view. 

3. Paste the HTML in, then switch back to the normal view to confirm it displays correctly and the links work. 

Option B: Rebuild the signature manually 

1. Type the name, title, phone and email as plain text rather than as part of an image. 

2. Use the editor's image icon to add the logo or social icons individually, rather than pasting them in. 

3. Select the text or image to be linked, then use the link icon to add the URL, mailto:, or tel: link.
