SISO: Adding a new educator

When a new educator commences you must add them to the EnrolNow One portal to ensure that they can: 

• Sign themselves in and out using SISO, and
• Access Sign In and Sign Out functionality for programs

To add a new educator in EnrolNow One:

•  Click on the Educators module from the top menu bar in EnrolNow One
• Select the 'Create Educator' button from the top right hand side of the screen

• Enter all details related to the Educator. Required information includes:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Mobile Phone Number

• Click Save
• An automated function will trigger which will assign the Educator you created to all Services

The Educator should now be able to visit the app and register as a staff member. This will allow them to create a unique PIN for access to EnrolNow Digital SISO.
