SISO: Adding a new educator

When a new educator commences you must add them to the EnrolNow One portal to ensure that they can: 

a) Sign themselves in and out using SISO, and

b) Access Sign in and out functionality for Programs

To add a new educator in EnrolNow One:

1.  Click on the Educators module from the top menu bar in EnrolNow One
2. Select the "Create Educator " from the top right hand side of the screen
3. Enter all details related to the Educator. Required information includes
   • Name
   • Email
   • Mobile Phone Number
4. Click Save
5. Return to the educator list, select one or more educators and click "Assign Eductors to Organisation"

The educator should now be able to visit the app and Register as staff to create a unique PIN for access to EnrolNow Digital SISO
