TRANSACT: Process Payments manually on behalf of families

To support a family to complete payment with them providing details over the phone you can "Process Payment Manually" from the Invoice for a given child. 

  1. Go to the Invoice tab and search for the child

  2. Click "view" for the affected invoice

  3. Select "retry payment" from the bottom menu bar. You have two options, either: 

    • Process Payment Manually: here you will see the credit card payment page and can enter details manually over the phone, or

    • Retry Automatic Payment: in this case Transact will initiate another request for funds from the same accoun
