TRANSACT: Payrix failed payment reports


You may receive failed payment reports direct from Payrix. These reports from Payrix indicate that someone has attempted payment that has failed. You will not need to use them... they are automatically sent from the Payrix system, however failed payment information is also synced to EnrolNow / Transact where required. Please be assured of the following: 

  • Where payment fails on a form submission, the customer is provided with an error message at the time and the form does not submit meaning that the child's status remains unchanged. In summary, without payment, forms can not be submitted

  • Where payment fails for an invoice (eg. enrolled child) you will receive a "to do" item in Transact alerting you to the need to follow up the invoice for payment. The invoice will also be tagged as overdue with a payment status of Failed.
