EnrolNow has now setup the online version of the DE's 2025 Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration Form. This help article will guide you on how to setup your own 2025 Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration email template/s and also how to send the email from within the EnrolNow system. Please note the following:
- Each organisation will be required to setup their own One Funded Place Declaration Form Communication,
- Each organisation will need to select the appropriate version of the Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration form for their service and programs offered (links below) and modify their existing funding form email templates,
- This article will walk through the 4 steps to edit the emails, forms and submission list views,
- Please also see below links (in orange) to videos demonstrating the key steps and required actions,

1. Edit your existing Next Year - 2025 One Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration:
- Navigate to templates. Search for 'NY - Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration' to locate your existing email template. Click the edit button.
- NB: if you can't find your next year funded kindergarten place declaration email template and need to setup a new one, please watch these videos:
- Review the existing wording and edit as desired.
- Select the Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration Form button and click Settings.
- Delete the existing 'Link' within the button.
- Find the new hyper link for the form appropriate to your service (see links below in Step 2), then copy and paste this into the Link of the button settings and save.
- Save email template.
2. Select the Relevant Form
Please select the appropriate form for your service from the options below. You may want to edit the pre-existing 2 email template options for both This Year (TY) and Next Year (NY). Alternatively just edit your This Year (TY) Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration Template and send the email in January each year.
Please note: if your service is not offering 'free kinder', you will need a different form. Please contact EnrolNow Support for a copy of this DE digital form (for services not offering free kinder)

TY (THIS YEAR FORMS (Do not edit/send TY template until 2025 rollover):
Please note as this current email template leads to the 2024 funded declaration form, you may still have some children you are wanting to issue the current funding form to, if this is the case do not edit your "This year" template until:
- All of your 2024 Enrolments are finalised and you are not expecting to send the TY funding form template again in 2024,
- Or the current date has passed as the 1st January 2025.

3. Send the declaration form out to all enrolled families
Send the Declaration form out to all enrolled families:
Navigate to the Children module
In the Pre - Filtered Children dropdown menu, find the 'This Year' or 'Next Year' enrolled children or filter by status of children as upcoming or current status is Enrolled (depending when you will send this form out).
Select all children and Mass Email families the composed TY or NY Funded Place Declaration template that you have just setup.
4. Monitor responses/Edit your List Views to send email communication to families
Create (or Edit) your List view for children who HAVE NOT completed the form after sending it out:
Navigate to the Children module,
Modify your existing funded kinder declaration list view or Create a new custom view,
Filter status of children upcoming or current status is Enrolled (Depending when you sent this form out)
Add an additional filter ‘Extra forms submitted’ Does not contain Funded Place 2025
Create (or Edit) your List view for children who have indicated they are accessing their funded kindergarten program at another service:
Navigate to the Children module,
Modify your existing funded kinder declaration list view or Create a new custom view,
Filter status of children upcoming or current status is Enrolled (Depending when you sent this form out)
Add an additional filter ‘Extra forms submitted’ contains Funded Place 2025 - No
