EnrolNow has a direct integration with the Department of Education’s Arrival system to support automated attendance data sharing for kindergartens using EnrolNow Digital Sign In Sign Out (SISO).
All services using EnrolNow’s Digital SISO product are automatically included in the integration.
This integration enables attendance records captured through EnrolNow’s SISO system to be securely and seamlessly transferred to the Department each Saturday, in line with their data submission requirements.
We want to reassure you that:
- The process is fully automated and does not require any additional steps on your part.
- EnrolNow operates in accordance with the specifications provided by the Department of Education.
- The data transfer is governed by a formal Data Sharing Agreement between EnrolNow and the Department, ensuring compliance with Victorian data security and privacy standards.
Checking Your Service's SE Number
Please note, the integration with the Department Arrival system identifies your service based on the SE number recorded in the Organisation module of EnrolNow.
Please check these details in your Organisation module. If any SE numbers are incorrect, contact us at support@enrolnow.com.au as soon as possible.
