Sending Emails in EnrolNow One

EnrolNow One allows you to send emails directly from a child’s profile or in bulk to groups of children. The method you use depends on whether you are sending to one child or many recipients:


Sending an Email to One Child at a Time

You can send individual emails directly from the child's profile in EnrolNow One.

  1. Search for a child

    Go to the Children tab, search for the child, and open their profile.

  2. Click “Send Email”

    From the top-right corner of the child’s profile, click the Send Email button.

    Click Send Email

  3. Write an email or use a template

    In the email window, you can either type your own message or click Insert Template to use one of your pre-prepared templates.

    You can edit the template content if required for this child’s email (this won’t change the saved template). When ready, click Send.


Sending a Bulk Email to Fewer than 100 Recipients

Use this method for small groups (up to 100 recipients). It’s quick and works directly from a filtered list of children.

  1. Go to the Children tab.
  2. Apply filters or select a saved filter / view to find the group of children you wish to send to.
  3. Select the children you wish to send to from the list by ticking the boxes to the left of the child names. Tip: Ticking the box at the very top (i.e. immediately adjacent to "Child Name") will allow you to select all children on the page in one click.
  4. Click Send Email.
  5. Choose an email template.
  6. Complete the fields:
    • From: confirm the correct sender email address.
    • Reply To: confirm the correct reply-to email address.
    • Send options: we recommend scheduling send, even with just a 5-minute delay. This gives you a chance to stop the send if needed.
  7. Click Send.

Sending a Bulk Email to More than 100 Recipients

Use this method for large groups (more than 100 recipients). You’ll need to have a Custom View saved with the correct filters before starting (i.e. you will need to have all children you wish to send to displaying in a pre-setup child list view).

  1. Go to the Children tab and from the Actions menu select Mass Email.

  2. Click Create Mass Email.

  3. Complete the fields:
    • To: select your saved Custom View (e.g. “This Year – Enrolled”).
    • Template: choose your pre-created email template.
    • From: confirm the correct sender email address.
    • Reply To: confirm the correct reply-to email address.
    • Send options: we recommend scheduling send, even with just a 5-minute delay. This gives you a chance to stop the send if needed.
