Importing Event Schedules in Bulk

This guide explains how to bulk import Event Schedules into EnrolNow Bookings using the provided upload template and Zoho CRM’s import tool. This method is ideal when setting up many sessions (for example, Orientation Bookings across multiple services). Please contact support if you require access to a Bulk Upload template for Event Schedules for your organisation.

Before you start

  • Complete the Bulk Upload template for Event Schedules.
  • Enter all session details on the Filterable List for Sessions tab.
  • Review the automatically generated Orientation Sessions – For Upload tab, which calculates upload-ready data.

Step 1: Review the upload sheet

1. Open the Orientation Sessions – For Upload tab. It automatically compiles your sessions into the correct format for import.

2. Columns on the right (shaded grey) are formula-driven. Ensure these formulas fill to the bottom of your data — drag down if you’ve added new rows.

Step 2: Download the CSV file

1. Go to File → Download → CSV in your spreadsheet.

2. This creates a CSV file ready for upload into EnrolNow Bookings.

Step 3: Import the file into EnrolNow Bookings

1. In Zoho CRM, open the Event Schedules module.

2. Click the next to Create Event Schedule and select Import Event Schedules.

3. Choose your CSV file from your desktop and click Open.

4. Select Add as new Event Schedules (do not overwrite existing ones), then click Next.

Important: Always import as Add New. Overwriting existing Event Schedules is risky and disables the Undo Import option.

Step 4: Map the fields

1. Map each column from your CSV to the correct CRM field as per the header names of the CSV.

2. Assign default value for Event Type: select the relevant Event Type (e.g. Kindergarten Orientation Session).

3. Click Next → Yes, Continue → Finish to complete the import.

Step 5: Confirm import results

After around 30 seconds, a pop-up will appear confirming import completion. Click this to view the Import Summary.

Check for:

  • Added Records — successfully imported Event Schedules.
  • Skipped Records — usually due to empty Event Schedule Names or #N/A values.

Refresh your Event Schedules list to view the imported sessions.

Step 6: Spot-check your records

Open a few imported Event Schedules and confirm the following:

  • Start times and durations are correct (minutes show accurately).
  • Dates and times display as expected.
  • Event names and owners are correctly assigned.
Tip — Undo an import: If you need to revert an import done as Add New, go to Setup → Data Administration → Import History, find the import, and click Undo Import. Then correct your CSV and re-import. (Undo is not available for updates/overwrites.)
