SISO: Updating Authorised nominee details

There may be times that it is necessary to update a authorised nominee's contact details so that they can access the Digital Sign In Sign Out app. Please note: 

• The Authorised Nominees phone number is used to validate which children they are able to sign in and sign out and to ensure security and privacy a validation code is sent to this phone number on first sign in. 
• The Authorised Nominee must be authorised for "Authorised to Collect (authorised nominee)" for any given child in order to access the child on Digital SISO. 

Changes to Authorised Nominee details must be updated in EnrolNow One.  If you do not have access to EnrolNow One please contact your central enrolments team. 

1. Sign in to EnrolNow One
2. Search for the Child in the global search bar and select
3. Navigate to Authorised Nominees, using the left hand quick navigation bar
4. Select the name of the Authorised Nominee you wish to update
5. Update the phone number and/or authorisations as required. Be sure to click the green tick to save your change.
