SISO: New user registration (parents and auth noms)

The first time anyone uses the Digital SISO app, they will be asked to register and verify themselves.

Parents and Authorised nominees should follow these steps:

1. From the Home screen click on Register as Parent / Carer
2. Follow the prompts to enter their mobile number
3. A 6 digit SMS code will be sent via text to their registered mobile, they should enter this code to verify their number
4. They will then be asked to create a 4 digit pin that they will use on an ongoing basis. 

They are now registered and wont need to do this step again (unless they forget you pin, and they can follow these steps again to re-register)
