Adding new Authorised Nominees

To add a new authorised nominee, we recommend that you send the family an email requesting that they complete the Authorised Nominee Update form. This will ensure that the family can add Auth Noms with contact details and relevant authorities, and ensures that you have an audit trail of the parents authority


  1. Search for the child
  2. Select "Send Email"
  3. Search for the Auth Nominee Update email to parent and select the template
  4. Click send


The family will receive an email with a link to the Authorised Nominee Update form. On completion, all details submitted will automatically update on the child profile. The new authorised nominee will now have access to sign in and out using Digital SISO (as long as they were authorised to collect)




Please note: if someone has already been added as an authorised nominee for a given child and details are resubmitted by a family on a form, they will be updated rather than added as a duplicate. The same person (dupe check) is identified based on same First Name, Phone Number and the associated child name.
