If you need to update the medical details of a child or wish to request a medical action plan, there is a standard email template available for sending to families requesting this updated information.
- Search for and select the relevant child record
- Click "Send email"
- Click "Insert Template"
- Select the "Medical Action Plan Required" template
- Click Send
The family will receive an email requesting that they provide updated medical details via a form. When this form is submitted the child record will be updated accordingly.
Alternatively, if you wish to update the medical details on the families behalf, you can do so by updating the data field for a given child.
