Every now and then you may have a parent that submits a paper based enrolment form. We would suggest it is best practice to update the EnrolNow database with this data to ensure you have up-to-date reports and systems (eg. complete class lists, KIM details etc.)
You should go to the child's record and follow the following steps.
Change the parent 1 email address to yours
email the relevant email (THIS YEAR or NEXT YEAR enrolment form email)
click on the button link for child contained in this email and complete the enrolment form
change the email address back to parent 1's (or if you enter the 1st parent email in the enrolment form it will change back automatically)
when you press submit the child's enrolment form will attach to attachments, update the status to enrolled and populate the data.
