Managing Analytics Dashboards and Creating Charts


Using the Analytics tab you can build and access at a later time a summary chart or table based on the data held within EnrolNow One. The Dashboard can provide users with a high level analytical tool using two-dimensional and three-dimensional charts to provide a quick reference. 



How to create a Dashboard


1. Click the Analytics Module Tab and select + Create Dashboard


2. Enter the Dashboard Name

3. Select the Users that you would like to share the Dashboard with

  • Only Me
  • Everyone
  • Selected Users


How to add Components (or charts) to a Dashboard

  1. Click Add component
  2. Select the type of component you would like to add (usually Chart)
  3. Select whether you will be defining the data required or whether you will build the chart from an existing report (we generally recommend building a chart from an existing report) 
  4. Define your chart inputs. Below is an example setup
  5. Select the chart type, options include:
    • Bar Chart
    • Pie Chart
    • Line Chart
    • Area Chart
    • Funnel Chart
    • Table Chart


                6. Click Save
