Filters can be a useful way to see a specific list of children (or other data). Filtered views can be used for bulk actions such as emailing a specific group. To learn more about specific data fields or criteria (which are handy for use in filters) click here.
1. When viewing children there is a drop down available in the grey menu bar to select pre-defined views. Select an applicable one (eg. "enrolled children") or simply select "all children" if you would like to apply a filter on all
2. In "Filter children by" on the left hand of your screen all fields available for filtering are available. You can search for a criteria using the magnifying glass
3. Depending on the field type you can select filter criteria such as is, contains, starts with, is empty or select a pre-defined option
4. Click Apply Filter at the bottom of the filter windowYou can apply as many filter criteria as you want. They will operate in combination
