EnrolNow One comes ready made with a set of standard reports. There are times when these reports are more practical with modified fields or one report representing each class.
We suggest duplicating an existing report rather than creating one from scratch, which can be done as follows:
- Go to Reports and search for a report that is structured similarly to the one that you wish to create. Select that report by clicking on the report name
- Select Clone as shown here:
- Edit the columns or filters on the report, note:
- Columns are used to change the data fields that are shown on a report and the way that data is grouped together. eg. you may want to add a Row Group of "Current Program Allocated" to ensure that all children in the same Program are grouped together
- Use filters to ensure that only the select set of children required are shown on a report. For example, you may wish to filter to all children where the "child status - current period" is enrolled or "upcoming allocation" contains Blue
- Edit the name of the report and the folder it is saved in by clicking the edit pencil that appears when hovering your mouse next to the title. Select Save.
