EnrolNow One comes ready made with a set of standard reports. There are times when these reports are more practical with modified fields.
If you would like to modify a report to better suit your needs, please consider whether it is best to clone/duplicate a report BEFORE editing so that you always have the original version of the report to come back to. In order to edit an existing report:
- Go to Reports and search for a report that is structured similarly to the one that you wish to create. Select that report by clicking on the report name
- Select Edit as shown here:
- Edit the columns or filters on the report, note:
- Columns are used to change the data fields that are shown on a report and the way that data is grouped together. eg. you may want to add a Row Group of "Current Program Allocated" to ensure that all children in the same Program are grouped together
- Use filters to ensure that only the select set of children required are shown on a report. For example, you may wish to filter to all children where the "child status - current period" is enrolled or "upcoming allocation" contains Blue
- If required, edit the name of the report and the folder it is saved in by clicking the edit pencil that appears when hovering your mouse next to the title. Select Save.
