Resolving sign in issue: Maximum number of users

At times, when signing in you may be presented with an error message that the maximum number of users are accessing your account. This can occur when you fail to log out on another device and therefore concurrent sessions are being used. To resolve this issue please follow these steps: 


  1. Sign In to Zoho Accounts here
  2. Click on Sessions -> Active Sessions and then select "View More" 
  3. Select "Terminate all other sessions"
