Allocating Children

There are two options available in EnrolNow One for allocating a child

1. Allocation Engine:  the allocation engine allows for children to be allocated in bulk or one-by-one. The Engine provides smart recommendations as to which child should be allocated based on consideration of a child's score, preferences and the available capacity in programs at a service. 
2. Manually update a child's preferences to allocated: this is a quick way to change a child's allocation or allocate a child without requiring the system to check scores / capacity.

Please note, that in order to allocate a child (to either a service or a program) they must first hold a preference for the service or program being allocated. For more details about adding preferences please to the following solution articles
