Access Historical Information about a child's allocation

A child record in EnrolNow will always show the most up to date information, with historical reference information available in the timeline and Attachment Files.

At any point in time, the allocation details for This Year and Next Year will be shown on a child record in the Allocation Summary. This represents the status and allocation details as at todays date.

To ensure ease of reporting and communications to families and other stakeholders about changes to enrolments, there are additional data points for a child record that represent recent changes to a child's allocation. These data points are available in a section called "Previous Allocation Details"

The fields in this section are as follows:

  • TY/NY - Allocation before change: Whenever a child is moved out of a service or a program this field will be updated to represent the service or program where the child was previously allocated. The relevant field, this year (TY) or next year (NY) will be updated
  • TY/NY - Allocation before CNLR: Whenever a child is marked as Care No Longer Required (CNLR) this field will be updated to represent the service or program where the child was previously allocated. The relevant field, this year (TY) or next year (NY) will be updated
  • Previous Years Allocation: On Care Period cutover, this field will be updated to represent a child's allocation for the year that was, for example, on 1Jan24 the details of the 2023 allocation will be updated to this field, on 1Jan25 it would be further updated to add the 2024 allocation details.

Please Note: If you do not see the Previous Allocation Details section on a child record - please ask your Customer Success Manager via support@enrolnow.com.au
