Annual Process Checks: Prior to Subsequent offer rounds

As you prepare for your next allocation round, we recommend taking a moment to tidy up the outcomes from the previous round:

• Review children who have declined their offer. If they have declined their offer and not provided new preferences consider whether you should update them to CNLR or return them to the waitlist as appropriate
• Review children who didn't respond to their offer and consider updating them to CNLR or following up with them as needed
• Consider whether any transfers are applicable for your service
