Email Relay for improved deliverability

Mass emails can be sent via your SMTP servers using email relay. This will enhance the deliverability of mass emails which will otherwise be received by recipients with the following email settings

mailed-by:		mailer1.zohocrm.com.au
Signed by:		{your domain}

To set up email relays, we will need to connect your SMTP server with the Zoho CRM server. This can be supported by the EnrolNow Support team by contacting us on (03) 4052 1111 and advising your email password as well as the folllowing information.

Note: Where your email address is a kindergarten.vic.gov.au or @education.vic.gov.au email address the support team will usually be able to advise on the below settings.

Port Number: 25 / 465 / 587
Specify the Maximum Limit.
Choose one of the Secure Connections: SSL, TLS, or Never.
Your email address and Password for authentication.
