Scoring Rules in EnrolNow One

When managing waitlists and program allocations it can be helpful to automatically calculate an allocation score for children. Scoring rules can be customised for every EnrolNow One customer and usually include a component for

(a) the priority of access guidelines, and

(b) service specific allocation criteria.

The EnrolNow One Support team can work with you to understand your services criteria and translate these to a set of scoring rules that will enable each child to be ranked based on your priority system. Please email us at support@enrolnow.com.au if you require scoring rules to be setup or adjusted.

An example of scoring rules is as follows:

Calculated scores can be viewed on the child record. Please note that the scores may be recorded as TY - Score and NY - Score, or where scores are not differentiated by care period there will be one Child Score only.

The scoring rule value can also be used in Child Views, Child filters, and as a display option in child lists. The calculated score for a child will be used by the allocation engine to prioritise children's preferences and allocations.
