Removing tags from children

Tags are unique identifiers that can be associated with children (or other modules) to search, sort, categorize, filter, and segment records in a more efficient way.

Tags can be removed from children individually or in bulk. First, you can display a list of records in the module with the same tag, by opening a record and clicking on the tag.

Removing tags from an individual child

To remove a tag from a record, or group of records: 

• simply select the record(s) from the list
• Click on the edit pencil next to the tag
• Click the cross to remove the selected tag
• Click Save

Removing tags in bulk

• Filter your list based on the tag that you wish to remove. 
• Select all or the select records that you wish to remove the tag from
• Select Tags -> Remove Tags
• You will be presented with a list of tags to select which one you would like to remove
