Kinderloop Forms Can Now Be Stored in the Child Record

Services that use Kinderloop forms can now have completed forms automatically stored against the child’s record in EnrolNow.

Many services already rely on Kinderloop’s interactive forms for documents such as Regular Outings, Risk Minimisation and Injury forms. As this functionality  exists within Kinderloop when a kindergarten has the integration in place between EnrolNow and Kinderloop, this update will ensure those forms completed in Kinderloop can now be retained alongside the child’s enrolment record in EnrolNow.

Keeping these documents with the enrolment record helps services maintain a complete history of documentation for each child and supports regulatory expectations that completed forms are stored with the enrolment record.

How it works

Completed Kinderloop forms are automatically retrieved and attached to the child’s record in EnrolNow.

• Kinderloop renders completed forms as PDFs.

• Each night at 10:00 PM, EnrolNow checks for any forms completed that day.

• Any forms found are synced to the CRM and attached to the child’s record.

• These PDFs can be viewed in the Attachment Files section of the child record.

E.g. The daily check runs at 10:00 PM on 10 March, it will retrieve any forms completed on 10 March and attach them to the relevant child records.
