We're excited to share that EnrolNow is getting a refreshed look and feel, designed to make the platform easier to navigate and quicker to work in.

Here's the background:
EnrolNow is built on Zoho CRM, and Zoho is retiring its older interface. Rather than leave you on a version that's being phased out, we're moving everyone across to the new look - which happens to be faster and easier to work in. All of the current functionality remains - your data and setup will not be affected.
Here's what you'll notice:
- A cleaner menu down the left: all your menu items sit together in one place, so you can see everything available to you at a glance.
- Pinned tab views: you can choose to keep the views you use most open across the top of a module (eg. This Year - Enrolled and Next Year - Waitlisted) and easily switch between them in a single click, instead of loading one view at a time.
- A flexible, expandable layout: open up or minimise the menus whenever you like, giving you more room and better visibility on screen.
- A new grid view: update records directly from the grid, editing details in place without having to open each record one by one.
When will this happen?
- By early September, everyone will be moved automatically, so there's nothing you need to do.
- If you want to access it sooner, the new look is available now — whenever you're ready to explore it. Simply click "Try CRM for Everyone" in the top menu bar of EnrolNow
