Introducing the Integrated Registration Form

We are excited to announce a new development at EnrolNow — our Integrated Registration Form.


This update replaces the previous dropdown-based registration forms with a smarter solution that pulls your service and program information directly from your CRM in real time. The form is available for any Service or Group that collects Program Preferences at the time of Registration.


What's changed — and why it matters


Previously, your registration forms used static dropdown menus that had to be manually updated whenever service or program names changed. This created ongoing maintenance work and, during busy periods, could cause the form to load slowly.


The new Integrated Registration Form solves this by connecting directly to your CRM data — so the form always reflects your current services and programs automatically.


Key benefits:

  • No more manual updates — changes you make to services and programs in your CRM are reflected on the form automatically
  • Faster loading — particularly during peak enrolment periods
  • Accurate data — no risk of mismatched or outdated program names reaching families
  • Seamless for families — the form looks and feels the same as before; families won't notice a difference


What you need to know


The new Integrated Registration Form will be developed in partnership between you and the EnrolNow support team. Your input is required to ensure that we are presenting the questions on the registration form that best support your priority of access policies.


Keeping your programs active

Program maintenance can now be performed directly by you in EnrolNow's Programs module. To ensure families see the correct options on your form, you'll need:

  • Programs marked as active for each Program Type and Care Period for which registrations are currently open
  • If your Pre Prep policy is set to "Only" — active Pre Prep programs available for the same Care Periods


Opening registrations each year

Please let the EnrolNow support team know your preferred date to open registrations each year. We'll make sure the upcoming care period appears as an option for families from that date.


Keeping your form up to date
