Integrating email with EnrolNow One

You can connect your email inbox with EnrolNow One enabling you to

Access your emails to families with holistic CRM information
Send and receive mails from inside CRM records or your own email inbox
Synchronize your email inbox with Zoho CRM

1. Go to Settings (tool icon on top right menu bar) and then click on Email from within the Channels menu

2. Select Get Started

3. If you utilise Gmail or Office 365 for the email address that you will be synchronising then select the appropriate icon and follow the prompts. For all other email providers please select Other Mail and select the option IMAP. (note, the key difference between Gmail and Office 365 is that the Server Details are not automatically populated for other servers)

4. Enter your name, email address to be integrated and password (password related to the email address you are integrating)

5. Enter incoming and outgoing server details as provided by your email host. Please note, the details in the screenshot below are related to Gmail, these will be different depending on who you use as your email client. Some examples include:

Crazy Domains
Net Registry
GoDaddy
If your email address is @kindergarten.vic.gov.au or @education.vic.gov.au please refer to the following website for your incoming and outgoing server details: https://kindergarten.vic.gov.au/email/

6. Click Save

Note:

After configuring the IMAP account, you will get a confirmation email when the existing emails are synchronized.
If your SMTP server doesn't support keeping a copy of the sent emails, you can check the "Store sent messages on the server" option which will store the copy of sent emails in your mailbox.
