Creating a Report for both Parents/Guardians

When it comes to having information for both parents, there is an extra layer of information to fetch from the system.

Because of this we need to add in Parent/Guardian 1 and Parent/Guardian 2 as their own modules so the system can 'fetch' this information twice.

First we need to navigate to the Reports tab and then click on Create Report.

The primary module is what data is based around, since the children are how we identify the families first, the primary module will be Children. Select this from the drop down and then click Continue.

Take this time to name your report properly. Do this by clicking the pencil that appears when you hover over the name section.

Next you need to click on the green plus symbol to add related modules, here is where you will choose Parent/Guardian 1 from a drop down menu.

With Parent 1 selected, click on the green plus again to open up another drop down.

Here you will select Parent/Guardian 2 as your second related module.

With both Parent modules selected your module map should look like the below,

You can then click on continue and move on to Editing a Report.
